What is “Showing Up” Even Mean?

Showing up for others and ourselves provides space for the things that are most important to us; not being “busy” but living for what truly matters (your health is part of this puzzle!) As a dietitian and chef, I know the importance of the power of food and movement on our overall health.

My mission is to inspire others to “show up” for their health by focusing on their relationships with food, nutrition, and movement. Ultimately engaging in life experiences and adventures within these domains can contribute to leading a fulfilled life.
