I seek to actively provide opportunities to instill healthier relationships with food by bridging culinary arts and nutrition science for you in this space: the kitchen. This practice allows consumers to explore basic culinary skills, recipe innovation, and meal planning, while connecting and sharing a meal with others. The goal is to nourish yourself, while building intuitive kitchen confidence and intuitive cooking practices.

#3. Encouraging Intuitive Movement: I seek to provide opportunities to instill healthier relationships with movement and what our bodies are most capable of from an activity standpoint. Providing space to allow consumers to explore safe and appropriate exercise and activities for their body based on what intuitively motivates them, creates healthy long-term relationships with movement. This allows consumers to lead a fulfilled and active lifestyle, while honoring their body.
